No way to speak to stores direct.

I am 78 years of age,I live approximately 5/6 miles from Screwfix Galston. As I have problems driving to this outlet due to a having broken my hip and I would therefore have to use public transport, which is a nightmare by the way, trying to ascertain if the item I am trying to source is currently in stock, Tried phoning goes through to a central answering machine but does not give details of how to speak to an advisor. Next step - try Amazon. Very dissatisfied.
